AC.Vlc is a lightweight .NET Vlc wrapper which provides easy to use vlc access for game development.

You can either download the binaries under http://acvlc.codeplex.com/releases/
or simply get the source from http://acvlc.codeplex.com/SourceControl/list/changesets
I always recommend to check out the repository or download the newest revision. I always check in compiling and working code and you can take advantage of the newest features instead of waiting for a non-frequent release.
